Signature Cocktails

Champs Epiphane ............ $26
Taking an all time classic and telling it to dress sexy isn't something we take lightly... but also isn't something we would shy away from. Come hither, good ideas and amazing adventures await.
herbal..... long...... bubbles and happiness

Can't believe it's not bitter............ $25
You can't spell spell 'Fabio-lous' without Fabio, and if we aid our rent toplessly posing for middle-aged women soft porn novels, we probably wouldn't be bitter. For the right price we can still dance on your table.... or alternatively, try this amazing drink making up for our shortfall. We promise, it's way more rewarding.
floral........ full........ upstanding
Colour me goodd ............ $24
The Rouge Blanc et Bleu were down to party until they found out their palette had unfortunate crossover. But when the drink works, it works. No striking for being old here, we are in for the long haul. If that leaves a sour taste in your mouth.... awesome. The drink was made perfectly.
triple threat........ anise....... textures & layers
Verde lopez........... $25
This was going to be our collective stripper name. Like Dread Pirate Roberts. But it worked so well and the drink so delish the only way was up. So here we are hoping you order this enough to justify our sacrifice. Don't let us down or make our parents proud.

body & soul......... cinnamon crunch .......... green. SO green.
Make amaro great again............ $24
We don't buy into #FakeBrews, but we are all about good Amaro. Appreciate The Spritz. Lean into after dinners, the pre-drinks, the aperitivos. Quite frankly - drinks can do more than one thing. This delightlful number was born to sparkle no matter the moment. Could Be The Move.
tangy...... light 'n' bright.......sparkly
Adonia ............ $23
Adonia? But we barely know 'er! If there's a funnier joke we haven't heard it and have no intention of changing that. One of our favourite games is grabbing a 'classic' and seeing if it could be better if it was created today. We think we did OK. Hopefully you agree, but this little number rhymes on the tongue like warm spice and all things nice.
fireside warmth....... up........ winterspice

Oldies but Goodies

Feeling like a classic? With a million OG classics to choose from, we have picked a few from the books we feel we can enjoy together.

Brown Derby............ $24
The wonders of citrus were discovered zonks ago, and luckily someone figured out really quickly just how much they improved booze. And that was theircrappy booze. Grapefruit, maple and a whole bunch of bourbon. ~ 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book
Cadillac ............ $24
We assume the name is short for "The Cadillac of Margaritas: cos that's what we are drinking here. Well... you are at least, if you ask nicely.
Canchanchara............ $24
What if we told you the Daiquiri had a Grandad who was sweet, a little bitey, but just as charming? I would say you're torturing the metaphor, but this drink doesn't care either way. As Old-school as the colonialism this drink helped fight, Cuba knows what's up.
The Malaguena........... $24
Venezuelan Folk music isn't our category choice on Jeopardy, but we know enough to know these catchy tunes from the 1960's inspired someone to pour stardust into magic. Or rum into amaro...same same.
New York Sazerac............ $25
The Sazerac is so old they didn't even have ice. Just weird. Works tho (we may cheat a little with an ices glass - don't tell
